EURO FEVER...

I cannot believe that the last blog I posted was almost a month ago.. To think I actually revived this account and made a point to update it regularly... Anyway, its going to be July now and its going to be a crazy period for me in the next few months.. Well, Im not going tell Grandmother stories here.

Euro 2008 has been an interesting so far.. Though its pretty predictable for many to see Germany in the Finals.. Their fate will be known later tonight whom their opponent is going to be.. Whether its Spain or Russia.. Many predicted Germany will meet Holland, unfortunately they were beaten by the Czars.. So lets see if the Matadors will be the BULL-ies tonight.. Haha..

Though I am a fan of Portugal, I hope Spain will qualify for the Finals and win the title..

Dejavu

No, I am not referring to Beyonce's hit single but dreams that I keep having since young. Don't know if its a gift cos I will only know once it hit me on the spot and I realised that I have gone through that scenario before.. But of course its not like I know what is going to happen next..

But its really funny having these things cos the moment it striked you, your mind will be distracted and missed the next few words of whatever the person you are talking to is saying and your mind goes everywhere for a few seconds. And that is so not helpful when it happens especially during meetings cos it does not work like a premonition where you could end up saving a person's life..

The longest dejavu I have ever had was for a good ten seconds where I will just keep my mouth shut so that I will not jinx it or it will not turn out how it was suppose to be as far as I can remember. And it is like having a glimpse of the next 10 seconds of the future.. I just wonder what is the explanation for all this.

Its like we have gone through our lives before but certain circumstances led God to rewind the time, erased our memories so that we couldnt recall anything that has happened of the future but somehow some bits and pieces are left behind.. Well, I dont think anyone can explain that! Nevertheless I am happy with my gift!

Crazy Insomnia...

Ok this is crazy.. Its 2.30am and I dont feel sleepy.. For the fact that I woke up early today and worked my ass off the whole day and my eyes are wide open.. Something has gone wrong somewhere.. and i dont like this cos this means that tmrw i will be even more tired and it's bad cos i have a major meeting to attend to.

Now what do people normally do when they cant sleep? Watch DVDs, channel surf, plug in their iPod till they fall asleep?? Argh.. I want to sleep.. I need to sleep.. Perhaps I should read my media law textbooks that should work!

Idiotic Drivers..

It's Monday and I have this Monday Blues going on.. Waking up early for work and such.. Of course, not forgetting that I have to pump one of my tyres cos its flat. Upon arrival at the petrol kiosk, there is this van parked at the air station and the driver is pumping all 4 tyres of his which is fine by me so i waited.. However, he was taking his own sweet time and he pumped every single tyre twice! I wanted to beat the traffic rush so I left my house early but ended waiting for this bugger..

Then after I managed to pump my tyre, traffic was madness on the highway and what's up with all these drivers not wanting to use their indicators b4 changing lanes.. Sigh.. I had to jam my brakes several times today and I hate doing so.. Honking at them wont solve the problem. It is an offence not to signal right, so i figured the only way we can make these drivers do so is to film our journey and pass it to the road traffic officers so that they can take action against these drivers.. And guess what, it is possible to do so!

Japan has came up with such invention that I cant wait for it to be distributed here. Too bad I couldn't get any pictures of it to be posted here cos I read about it in an article some time ago..

So, yes, to all the drivers out there, always remember that safety comes first. If you drive recklessly, im not even worried about your own live but other lives might be at stake..

Great Singapore Sale is here...

GSS or Great Singapore Sale is back for a gd two months.. It started yesterday and today there were millions of people in Orchard Road.. God, finding a parking lot is crazier than ever.. But do Singaporeans complain?? NO.. cos they know once they find a spot, it will be worth it! I know, cos I happened to be one of the drivers today.. Shopping was on top of mum's list so I had to accompany her (but of course, I enjoyed myself too).. Better than a trip to the market :)

Anyway, I came to a conclusion that Singaporeans are well-to-do. Cos I saw people of all ages and sizes carrying shopping bags and man, they do have money.. So people stop complaining bout increase in fuel prices, ERP charges and GST cos at the end of the day you will feel satisfied that your money has gone into retail therapy and bring smiles to everyone's faces...

Im not complaining.. I just love GSS... :) But unfortunately Im already broke for the month.. Haha

A new beginning... A new chapter...

I am supposed to be sleeping cos im sick.. But somehow I remembered 2 blog addresses that I used to have 3 years ago and tried to retrieve it to see if its still working and it is..

Read through the old blogs and somehow i felt sicker.. Thus, had enuf of writing virtual diaries esp about myself.. Deleted one of the accounts and saved this one instead (but emptied the blog bin).

Now how about random thoughts... Whatever that comes to mind shall be the topic of the day..
